Welcome to RoyalExotic Gems & Jewels (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://royalexoticgems.com, interactions with us, and any business transactions including quotation requests, purchases, and communications.

By using our services or submitting a quotation request, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Business Model

We operate on a quotation-based, bulk-order model. All orders are initiated through custom inquiries and processed manually.

Our offerings include:

  • Precious gemstones:  Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby (lab-certified)

  • Semi-precious gemstones: Available in various cuts, grades, and types

  • Imitation jewellery: Including Kundan, oxidized, studded, and custom-designed options

No direct checkout or e-commerce purchase functionality is offered on our website.

2. Quotation Process

  • Quotations are provided based on your submitted requirements (stone type, quantity, specifications, etc.)

  • Prices are subject to market conditions and may change without notice

  • Quotations are valid for  7 days from the date of issue

  • A quotation is not a binding agreement; orders are only confirmed upon written acceptance and payment terms

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance of the quotation and agreement on payment terms. No order is processed or dispatched without receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    We support the following payment methods:

    • Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Diners, American Express

    • Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, RuPay

    • Net Banking – Supported by 50+ Indian banks

    • UPI (Unified Payments Interface) – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.

    • IMPS / NEFT / RTGS – Manual bank transfers for high-value or B2B orders

    • ICICI Eazypay – QR-based digital payment option

    • EMI Options – Credit card EMIs from major Indian banks (if enabled)

    🌐 International Payment Methods

    • International Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express

    • SWIFT / Telegraphic Transfers – For high-value B2B remittances via ICICI Bank

    • PayPal – Available upon request (subject to applicable fees)

    • Escrow Payment Support – Offered for large or first-time international transactions

    • Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) – Lets international buyers pay in their local currency while we receive INR

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within India and internationally using trusted courier partners

  • Shipping charges, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable) are borne by the buyer

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated upon confirmation

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or courier agencies

  • Tracking information will be provided after dispatch

5. Product Certification

  • Certification for precious gemstones  and semi-precious gemstones  is optional and available upon request at additional cost

6. Testimonials

If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, you agree to allow us to:

  • Display your comment and name (with your consent) on our website or social platforms

  • Use the testimonial in promotional materials

  • Remove or edit the testimonial upon request

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

We follow a strict return and refund policy due to the nature of our business.

Returns

  • Accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Must be reported within 3 business days from the delivery date (starting the day the parcel is received)

  • Claims must include photographs and/or an unboxing video

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by certification (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Processed only after returned items are received and verified

  • Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping, insurance, and certification costs are non-refundable

Cancellations

  • Allowed only before order confirmation or payment

  • Once confirmed or production begins, cancellations are not permitted

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • The 3-day reporting window has lapsed

  • Products have been used, damaged, or tampered with

  • Claims are unsubstantiated or appear fraudulent

8. Product Authenticity & Variations

  • Natural variations in color, inclusions, or shape are considered normal and not defects

  • Imitation jewellery may slightly vary due to customization, lighting, or manufacturing tolerance

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to:

  • Delivery delays, loss, or courier issues

  • Market price changes after quotation

  • Product use after delivery

Our maximum liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific item in question.

10. Privacy

All customer data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
